This was also pre-Whole 30 and it was delicious. The goat cheese would definitely have to go but I might be willing to 'cheat' with polenta and corn. As far as I can tell corn doesn't cause me any issues (other than being processed and full of sugar). The yellow and zucchini squash, basil, and corn would probably make a good salad all on their own with a little olive oil and sea salt.
